Welcome to Smokejack Event Catering

The Smokejack philosophy: Be it our dining room, or your backyard, upstairs in Jack’s Attic or your top floor boardroom, we specialize in providing to you our fresh atmosphere and hot food. Now to be fair this isn't your typical catering restaurant. We don’t have any cold cuts and cheese under plastic domes, there won’t be any fruit plates either, but if you want real food, tailored to your specific needs. Smokejack is for you.
            Offering but not limited to: our low and slow pulled pork shoulder with Carolina mustard sauce, 14-hour beef brisket with pasilla sauce, hickory grilled chicken thighs, catfish tacos, world famous fried pickles, five cheese macaroni and cheese, ham hock seasoned southern style collard greens (cooked for hours and hours), mashed and sweet potatoes with just the right amount of butter and salt….lots!
            The sandwich ordered during lunch brought fresh and hot to your table was put in the smoker before you went to bed last night. "Everything here is done well or it’s not done at all.
